How did our adventure with ESN begin?

In 2001, on the initiative of Michał Zasada at Gdansk University of Technology, an organization was founded to support foreign exchanges among students. Since then, it has been formed by people with original ideas, positive energy and, above all, a willingness to act, which has resulted in numerous successes in the arena of ESN Poland and ESN International, putting us at the forefront of both Polish and European sections.  We are the only ones in Poland to organize original projects, such as Sailing Trip or HEL(L) SURFIN', which are very popular among foreign students, and thus support creative integration and development, including of section members.

We are passionate people, open to multiculturalism, whose individuality is "tempered" by cooperation and organization. ESN Gdansk members can be met wherever things are happening, and most often things start happening at the section's official meeting place, which is the office located on the campus of Gdansk University of Technology in building No. 14 - "Misiówka".
